In the winter of 2018, when we founded our licensing and IT support company, industry experts rejected our business idea as hopeless. At that time the market was saturated and similar companies had already been founded in the world. Apparently it would have been impossible to compete with the giants of this sector, but our belief and our desire to fight prevailed and in the end we also decided to put our heads off and start making ourselves known in the market.
Contrary to the initial forecasts, NexLicense, which at the time was called "Riparazione Assistenza Italia", expanded steadily and step by step, began to make its way into the big market, managing to take almost the entire Italian market in the supply of software for companies.
During these 24 months our company has expanded and strengthened, guaranteeing an excellent operational service in the field and a rapid and economic assistance service. Our work system is based on the idea of self-employment and each technician is able to assist our customers from anywhere in the world thanks to the remote control offered by various software such as Teamviewer, Anydesk...
In 2019, for convenience, we decided to change our old name to a more modern one that would represent us in all our work.
To meet the large demand for IT assistance, we have expanded the number of our IT technicians by improving the work system we founded NexLicense.
Our goal is to provide software at an attractive price with a technical approach. We have shown that a high quality product could be delivered to the market at a reasonable price when the work is optimized. We have adapted the same business model across our entire range of products and services at NexLicense. The best service at the best price - and we will constantly strive to improve both.
Here, too, we took our inspiration from everyday life to see that there are big differences in doing business on the Internet. The idea of buying clothes without asking the clerk for advice has become inconceivable for most people nowadays.
So why shouldn't it also apply to Internet shopping?
We have provided various means of communication for our customers and visitors to contact us as quickly and efficiently as possible, without having to pay a single cent for expensive hotlines or premium subscriptions.
