Yes, In case of unsolvable problems with a software and if our support team will not be able to help, you can get a refund or software replacement, you can choose any product of equal value!

Will I be able to get technical support?
Yes, we will help you download, install and activate the purchased program, but we cannot teach you how to use the purchased product.

When will I get the money in case of a refund?
If you use PayPal, the money will be refunded to your account immediately. In case of credit card, about 2-4 working days (depends on your bank)

Do you ship the software on physical disks?
No, because we prefer to respect our planet by eliminating physical shipping and saving our customer money.

When can I get the license key I bought?
All software is supplied digitally with installation instructions via e-Mail within 24/48 working hours.
This means that after the purchase you will be provided with the license key and you will be able to download your software immediately.
We send the license and download URL by email, please make sure you have entered the correct and working email address.
